Last night I was at Osh to buy Liquid Plumber and I saw one of your trucks going through the parking lot. I stopped the man (Joe) and asked him if he would please help me with my plumbing problem. Not only was he a very professional and courteous man, he came right over (this was after 7pm). He ran that snake thing in the pipes and cleared the problem for me. He had nothing but very good things to say about mostly you and how you run your company. Now I have only good things to say also. He's a good employee and I'm grateful I ran into him.

It's been two years since my husband and I had our furnace replaced with a complete Lennox furnace/air conditioner/air purifier system. Having this system has made all the difference in the world to our comfort level at home. Jimmie West replaced our old system, including all new ducts that work so much better than the old ones in our home. For the first time our bedroom is warm in the winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Plus with the air purification system my allergies to house dust and pollens are greatly reduced. I just wish I could stay in the house all the time during allergy season. My hay fever has improved a lot and life is just so much more comfortable. The new furnace is very quiet and the air conditioning unit outside has met with the approval of our neighbors who are grateful they never hear it.

I needed an assessment of the condition of a furnace, water heater & garbage disposal located in a property I plan on moving into. My home inspector (Beach Cities Home Inspection) recommended Jimmie West. They sent Mike the heating/ac guy & Chris the plumber. I'll start with Mike: During his inspection he discovered that, although the existing low-end gas furnace had been fairly recently installed, whoever did the job did not pick up on the fact that there was carbon monoxide leaking into my future residence from an adjoining unit, due to a situation (broken wall vent) that was probably in existence for years, since the original construction of the building. Well, looks like Mike saved the day, at the very least. Possibly a few lives as well. Now Chris: energetic, brilliant, efficient. His young plumber-fingers move with the skill and agility of a fine pianist. And he's such a nice guy! The services of this company are not the cheapest. If money is your major concern, be very careful. You might get what you pay for.

Mike Avalos and crew did an absolutely superb job on the total replacement of my 40-yr old dual Heating & A/C system. Not only did Mike conduct a thorough needs assessment of the automated climate system factors, enabling me to spec. out far more efficient, quieter, and cost effective components than I would have been able to do on my own, but he also brought to my attention a number of ways to improve upon the original location of one of the 2 HVAC systems as well as the overall configuration and flow capabilities of the entire 2-story ducting system. In addition to establishing a separately controllable 3-zone heating / cooling system with individual energy-efficient and fully programmable thermostats, he successfully redesigned and re-located the ductwork for the lower area which now provides unrestricted 8-ft ceiling heights to 2 lower story rooms that were formally restricted to a maximum 6 ft height. This represents over a 1000 sq ft. area increase to the home's layout.

I also found Mike's demeanor very enjoyable and extremely professional to work with. Upon originally meeting him I immediately became very comfortable, trustful, and knew he was the "right guy" to handle this job at my home. I can best say that in every aspect of the process, my expectations were exceeded.

Yesterday Mike Avalos and his crew finished the cleanup of a furnace/AC/ new air duct installation in my house. Everything was as advertised, on time, and seems to be working perfectly.

When I got Mike's estimate I intended it to be the first of three, but after his presentation and follow up to answer my questions, I cancelled the other estimates and went with yours. Mike's knowledge, attitude and diligence sold me. He and his crew went out of their way to see that everything was the way I wanted it, and that I understood the care and use of the system.

We are writing this letter to show our appreciation for your great service.
We had had this leaking problem with our bath tub faucet for almost about 3 months.
First we asked a handy man to fix it. He said he couldn't because the hole on the tile where the faucet was sticking out was too small to get the old cartrage out. For this 5 minutes' work he charged us $25.

Second we hired a "professional" plumber, thinking maybe it would required professional skills to fix it. He came over and said something was stuck behind the tiles so he could not replace it. Basically he did not do anything but he charged us $55.

The third company who came was the plumber that our condominium management company sent to us. We could not believe their rudeness and unprofessionalism. But we gave up and put up with it and gave them a chance three times, each time they came, they found something wrong and complained and accused us of our "rudeness" and "mistake" that they should have found in the first place if they were such a great plumber. They charged us $90 for nothing.

We were totally at a loss what to do and wondering if we would have to break down all the titles and wall just to fix the leaking. And we saw your ad in the yellow page and as we read what Mr.West was saying in the ad our little hope was coming back. We called you and got a reply right away.

The technician named "Ed" and his assistant came over and said,"We will fix it for $125." as though this was not a big deal at all. We could not believe it at first. "It's not so easy...".

Once Ed started his job, we could not help but believe that he was the one we could call a real professional plumber. His knowledge and professional attitude were very impressive. He explained well what was causing the problem and fixed the problem right away. You can not imagine how happy we were and how much we appreciate your great service and Ed's professionalism.

We will definitely recommend you to everybody in our condo. We know a lot of people were looking for a good reliable plumber and they know how hard it is to find a company like you.

I am so totally impressed with one of your workers that I must tell the world about him. To find a large company that has such an Honest, capable, and clean person is very amazing in this day and age.

When it comes to taking my money and doing work for me I want it outlined and re-outlined for me on what exactly you're going to do for so much money. My problem is not how quick you finish the work, it is, are you going to do the work you said you were going to do and are you going to do it efficiently whereas I will not have to call you back for not doing it right.

We would like to commend you and you people for the plumbing work recently done for us. A water leak was heard in the walls of our house. Bryan Bowers arrived promptly after our call to you. His investigation found the leak inside the concrete pad of a bedroom. The pipes were of rotting copper compound and required rerouting both the hot and cold waterlines outside the pad. Bryan recommended several alternative routes estimating the different costs. Bryan and his coworker were courteous and friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves and explained the further work that needed to be done in restoration.
