Installation of:

• Lennox G61V 94% Gas Furnace with Variable speed motor
• Lennox Pure Air- Air Purification System

Notice in this installation:

• Condensate drain and pump needed for 90% plus furnaces
• PVC Vent on Furnace instead of metal
• Clear access to unit for future maintenance and service
• Horizontal furnace is on metal stands with sheet metal below for added fire safety.
• The horizontal unit is metal strapped to roof joist for extra support in an earthquake
• All duct is triple sealed with tape, zip ties and then glen coated for zero leak connections
• Each duct run has a volume control damper to regulate the amount of air that enters each room.
• The return air duct is given proper length and size to reduce air flow noise.
• Owners manuals and guarantees are labeled and in a plastic bag attached to the unit for future reference.
• Most companies do not do their installs with such thoroughness and detail. All the small details put together make a Huge difference. Know what you are getting before you buy!
